Our Service:
The site provides various content related to astrology, spirituality, and on various subjects. The contents are made based on Indian “Vedic” astrology/”Vastu /Numerology” and horoscope which prepared on birth database or other information provided by the user, in principles of Indian “Vedic” astrology or Vastu or numerology. All services are accepted in the manner that the user has understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions. All contents are for entertainment and information purpose only.
We also provide a consultancy platform for our students. We offer the best platform that helps our students to grow and achieve success.
Description of Services:
This site provides contents via the World Wide Web and/or electronic mail. The content shall be provided in the readable/viewable content format. All information that we request and a user provides is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “Registration Data”.
It is user’s responsibility to give all accurate information when filling any application/software form(s) or use any form. The birth details and other information, which use enters on the form (Where required) will be taken as being correct.
We do not collect or store user registration data gathered by various software on our server, although of a user sends us email with any registration data, we kept this confidential. Demo Class:-
1) It will be the person’s self responsibility in case he/she is not able to attend the demo class for whatsoever the reasons/situations/circumstances be.
2) The fee structure and the offers disclosed in the demo will only be valid for the said/informed duration for which the duration will be disclosed in the Demo session only.
3) In case the person is not able to grab the offers in the demanded duration/time, the original or the total fees of the particular subject will be in prevail and moreover, whoever the person would be (either he/she has attended or not attended the demo session) will not have the right upon the discounted fees or offers disclosed in the demo session.
4) The person who is attending the demo session is not allowed to make a nuisance (Making noise, disturbing others, not allowing others to speak, using abusive words, etc) during the demo session.
5) A person attending the demo session is not allowed to ask his/her personal questions, he/she is only allowed to ask queries related to the course.
6) The demo session will be the first and last demo class related to all the courses taught in the Institute. A person cannot demand for the personal demo session or he/she cannot attend the first class of any Course in the name of demo class.
7) The demo session is completely free and the Institute does not charge or demand any charges for attending the demo session.
8) The offers given or provided in the demo session will only be valid in the case if the student/person attending the demo will have to obey or follow each and every rule and regulation conveyed by the management team/Institute. If the person who has taken admission through attending the demo session or through direct admission (not attending the demo session) does not obey or follow the rules and regulations and the directions laid down by the management/Institute the offer which the person has grabbed during the registration will be completely null and void, and the person will not have any claim over the offers he was presented or provided by institute at the time of registration. The terms and conditions contain the rules and regulations which the student/person who has already registered are bound to follow.
9) If the person attending the demo exchanges their contact numbers (which is not allowed by the Institute) and any problem arises due to exchanging numbers, it’s the person exchanging the numbers’ responsibility not the institute.
10) The Institute/the Chairman/any of the staff members are not responsible for any mishappening done with the person or his/her relatives attending the demo session.
11) The suggestion or advice given by the Chairman/Institute during the demo session is his personal thought and the person attending the demo is not bound upon that and he/she is completely free to opt any of the courses he/she wishes.
Registration: –
1) Registration amount for the one level of any of the courses is Rs 5000 only and for taking admission in the institute the person is supposed to register for the particular course he/she is interested in through paying Rs 5000 for each level. After the registration amount is paid the institute instantly starts many processes which can be considered as the admission process, so once the registration amount for the particular course is paid the registration amount is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstance with any of the other courses taught in the Institute.
2) Before registration for any of the courses, the person is suggested and supposed to read each and every point mentioned in the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the disclaimer and the refund policy carefully. And once the registration is done it is considered that the person has already read each and every point mentioned in the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the disclaimer and the refund policy carefully.
3) Once the registration for any of the courses is done, the student is considered to be the family member of the Institute, therefore the student is abiding by the rules and regulations conveyed by the Institute and the student must respect, follow and obey the rules and regulations conveyed by the Institute.
4) Once the person registers for any of the courses he/she has to provide the screenshot of the transaction done by him/her.
5) Admission is considered successful only when the registration amount is credited to the Institute’s account. If the amount is deducted from the person’s side and not credited to the Institute’s account is not considered to be the successful registration as the registration amount is not credited to the Institute’s account, and importantly the Institute is not at all responsible for the amount deducted from the person’s account.
6) If the person does the registration on the behalf of the his/her relative then also all the points mentioned in the, terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy will prevail and the person doing registration on the behalf of his/her relative will have to follow all the rules and regulations mentioned in the, terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy.
7) The confirmation mail of the registration done by the student through making the registration amount paid will be provided to the student in the next 48 hours of the registration time.
8) Once the registration amount is paid then the student /person who has paid the registration amount will be given batches for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of registration, and in case the person/student does not opt for any of the batch allotted to them in the duration of 6 months then after the 6 months the student/person will have to pay the increased fees of the course for opting the course in which he/she has enrolled.
9) After Registration/Admission, in case, the classes do not start within 3 months from the date of your Registration/Admission, then the fees shall be refunded without any interest, but in case, if the student does not join the class even after getting information regarding the commencement of the classes, then the fees will not be refunded and adjustable under any circumstances.
10) After the registration process gets completed through making registration fees for the course opted by the person, the person has to fill the admission form available over the Institute’s website i.e., occultscience.in and submit all the necessary documents asked to be submitted in the admission form, and it is highly recommended that the person filling up the admission form must read all the points carefully mentioned in terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy before accepting the terms and conditions available in the admission form, and if the person accept the terms and conditions during filling up the admission form, it is considered that the person/student has carefully read all the points mention in terms and conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer and refund policy by the Institute/management.
11) After the registration is done successfully, the person needs to fill the admission form within 72 hours of registration and if the person could not fill the admission form within 72 hours, then his/her registration will not be considered to be valid.
12) Admission form will be filled by the person himself/herself, if the person finds any problem while filling the form then he/she can ask the institute’s management team to help you out but the person filling the admission form is completely responsible for filling the form within 72 hours of registration.
13) The admission will be invalid or will not be considered successful if the details provided by the student/person are false or incorrect, and even in this case the registration amount is neither refundable nor adjustable in any other courses or services rendered by the Institute.
Admission: –
1) After the admission gets completed by filling up the admission form successfully, and once the batch gets created by the management for the particular course in which the student/person has enrolled, the student/person will be contacted through call, or e-mail or WhatsApp, or text message for making payment of the rest amount of the fees of that particular course, and the student/person has to make the fees cleared before the 48 hours of the commencement of the particular batch, and if the student/person does not clear or pay the remaining fees of the particular course in which he/she has enrolled, then the seats in that particular batch will be allotted to the other students/person who will pay or clear the fees. In short, the batches are provided on the first come first serve basis (here the first come means the person/student who has cleared the full fees of the course for the particular batch).
2) Registration amount paid by the student/person is to be minus from the total fees of the particular course in which the person/student has enrolled, so once the person/student gets informed to enroll in the particular batch, he/she has to pay the total remaining amount of the particular course. (Total fee minus registration fee)
3) If the student/person gets enrolled for any of the course on the behalf of his/her company then he/she must provide his/her company name along with GST details of the company at the time of registration and he/she must inform the management through e-mail only that he/she is enrolling for the course on the behalf of his/her company. And, if the person/student fails to do so he/she cannot demand for the bill in the name of his/her company.
4) The Institute is responsible for the completion of the syllabus mentioned only in the syllabus section over the Institute’s website. It’s completely up to the institute whether the faculty or the Institute wants to teach the topics outside the syllabus mentioned over the Institute’s website or not.
5) After the compilation of first level of the course, the second level of that particular course will get started on the same day of the next week, and the examination of the first level will be conducted within the one month of the compilation of the first level, and student will be informed 15 days before the examination date, moreover if the student does not appear for the exam then he/she has to pay Rs. 1100/- + GST for reconducting of the examination, the certificate of the compilation of the course will only be provided only when the student appear for the examination and pass with minimum 60% marks. The same process will be followed for the further level of the course.
6) No interest on registration fees will be given by the institute.
Notes:-
1) Notes are provided in single language only, either in English or Hindi which is asked to the student. So, If a student demands the notes in any different language which earlier he/she did not opt for then Rs 10,000 exclusive of GST is charged for the notes in different language.
Rules and Regulations:-
Following rules must be followed by the students who has enrolled for any of the course in the institute:
1) Students are not allowed to share their personal numbers with any other students either of their batchmates or with any of the students of the Institute.
2) Institute provides group chat and subject or doubt discussion facilities over its own application which is available for both android and iOS.
3) Students are not allowed to share their personal data like phone number, e-mail and any other contact information through which he/she can be contacted over the application chat/course discussion section or over the public forum or in the live class (through vocal or online platform’s chat box). If any of the students found doing so, he/she will be dismissed or blocked from the class and also from the application. The reason behind doing so is that we respect the privacy of every student and due to some past bad experiences faced by the Institute/management, the management/Institute has taken the decision to do so.
4) None of the students is allowed to ask for other students’ personal information (phone number, e-mail and any other contact information through which he/she can be contacted), if any of the students found doing so, he/she will be dismissed or blocked from the class and also from the application.
5) Students are not allowed to use abusive words or any other words which may make other students feel bad, and in this case if the student is found guilty by the Institute/Management then he/she will be dismissed or blocked from the class and also from the application. And, Institute/management will have the final say in this case.
6) Students are not allowed to record the class and take screenshots and if the student is found doing so, or incase while taking the screenshot applications block them then, student has to send an apology email to the institute and institute/management will have the final call whether they want to unblock the student or not, student and only the student will be responsible for his/her missed classes. In case the student gets unblocked by the management/Institute and the student repeats the same mistake for the second time then he/she has to pay Rs10,000 + GST as a fine with an apology letter for doing so, and then only his/her account will be unblocked.
7) Students must not behave badly with any of the faculty, the management and the Chairman Sir, and if the student is found guilty in this case of misbehaving he/she will be dismissed or blocked from the class and also from the application.
8) Revision classes are provided to those students who have completed all the levels of that particular course by paying the increased amount of the fees of that particular course.
9) In case student has registered for all the level of the course, and due to any particular/personal reason he/she discontinued the course after the first level and again he/she wanted to continue the course then revision class of first level or any other level will only be provided if he/she has cleared the fees for the next level of that particular course.
10) Students pay fees for live online interactive classes not for the recordings of the class, but institute has provided the recorded session on the application so that students and revise and if any student miss the live class they can watch the recorded session, but in case due to some technical issue the recording of the class is not provided on the application then student cannot demand for the recording and the money back.
11) Once the fee is paid to the institute by the student and in case the student does not attend the class without informing the institute/management, in that case the institute is not responsible for refunding their fees, and the student cannot demand a refund.
12) Students who have been enrolled in the APP to take class, will take only those classes and if students are found giving access to some other person then they will be banned from taking the class.
13) If the Institute updates its terms and conditions in the future, then the students will follow those terms and conditions.
14) In case Students want to change their batch or a revision for the entire course, then it is compulsory to pay 50% fees of that particular level.
15) It is compulsory to have 75% attendance; then, only students will be allowed to sit in the examination.
Certificate:
Student has given two options for getting their certificate after the completion of the course; firstly, he/she will be provided certificate of completion on the convocation day which is held every year tentatively in the month of March or April or it may get preponed or postponed as per the circumstances, secondly, he/she may email the Institute that he/she needs the certificate before the convocation and in this case the Institute will email his/her certificate, and in the case if the student wants the hardcopy of the certificate to be delivered at his/her home, he/she will have to pay the delivery charges of the courier done.
After the successful completion of the course and the examination, students who have passed the examination will be provided a consultancy platform where they can get clients and earn as per their potential, moreover only those students will be added to the consultancy platform who will accept the terms and conditions of the particular consultancy platform, and institute will not be responsible for your success over the consultancy platform it will be completely up to the students potential.
